What we do with your data
We mainly just want to keep in touch with you about what we’re up to! However, we may share anonymised data with our funders, this is to monitor the impact of our work and is a normally a general requirement of us receiving funds. This could include numbers of participants at sessions, gender, postcode and age. We are currently funded by London Sport, London Community Foundation, Wembley National Stadium Trust, StreetGames and the John Lyons Charity. We will never share your name or contact details with our funders, unless we are explicitly asked to do so, and we will always let you know if you are participating in a project which requires this level of information sharing.
If we feel we need to share your information with a statutory agency as a matter of safeguarding we will do this in line with our safeguarding policies.
When we (or any organisation or company!) holds data about you, you have the right;
to obtain access to, and copies of, the personal data that we hold about you
to require that we cease processing your personal data if the processing is causing you damage or distress
to require us not to send you marketing communications
to require us to correct the personal data we hold about you if it is incorrect
to require us to erase your personal data
to require us to restrict our data processing activities (and, where our processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent, without affecting the lawfulness of our processing based on consent before its withdrawal)
to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to any of our particular processing activities where you feel this has a disproportionate impact on your rights
We want you to feel confident in exercising your rights when it comes to data that we, and others, have about you. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
